iCloud Mail Not Receiving Mails

  • Make sure that your Internet connection is fast. If you have any issues, try connecting your device to a mobile hotspot or network.
  • Reboot the iCloud application on your device and check whether you are able to receive emails.
  • If your email account is offline, you won’t be able to send or receive emails.
  • If you find that your account name is dimmed, your account may be offline.
  • Turn it to online and check whether you receive mails on iCloud.
  • Now, verify whether the iCloud mail not receiving mails issue is resolved.
  • If the issue persists, navigate to the Mailbox and select the Take All Accounts Online
  • Select the Mail menu and go to Preferences .
  • Go to the Accounts tab and choose your iCloud account from the displayed list.
  • Click on the Advanced tab and verify your settings.
  • Make sure that the port number is set to 993. Now, select Use SSL .
  • Select the Authentication type as Password.
  • If you are signing in to your iCloud mail account from an iPad, iPod touch, or iPhone, open the official iCloud website and open Settings .
