  • Step 1:Ensure that your computer or smartphone is connected to the wireless network.
  • Step 2:Check the firewall settings on your computer; if you feel that the firewall is causing obstruction, disable the firewall for a while.
  • Step 3:If you are still facing Comcast email login problems, the best solution would be to recover the password or reset the password. Here are the steps,
  • Step 4:Open the default browser on your computer.
  • Step 5:Navigate to the Xfinity official website.
  • Step 6:Locate and click the Sign In button. A new page will open.
  • Step 7:Click the Forgot Username or password? link.
  • Step 8:The page will be redirected; you will be asked to enter the username.
  • Step 9:Enter the username in the appropriate field, then click the Continue button.
  • Step 10:You have to enter the proper captcha code in the window.
  • Step 11:Make sure you enter the appropriate code as shown in the image.
  • Step 12:You will be asked to select the recovery options: alternate email address or a text message to your mobile number.
  • Step 13:Select the recovery option of your choice and click the Continue button.
  • Step 14:Based on the recovery method you selected, follow the instructions.
  • Step 15:When the password reset page opens, create a new password and click the Continue button.
  • Step 16:Once a new password is set, you will get a confirmation message saying that your password is reset.
