Aol Imap Timeout Error Thunderbird

Open the Thunderbird email client and navigate to the Options window.

Select Advanced available at the top-right corner.

Click the General tab and select the Config Editor button.

Click the I accept the risk checkbox to confirm your action(if applicable).

Type “mailnews.tcptimeout” in the search field and select the file name under Preferences Name.

Give a right-click on the file and select the Modify option.

Change the value to a higher number or increase the value to 1000 or 2000.

If the problem persists, check your internet connection as well as server connection.
