Gmail Inbox Not Showing All Mail

Log in to your account using the correct email address and password. If you have enabled two-your mobile number.

If you are using the Gmail application, tap the Menu icon and select Settings.

If you are using a browser to access your Gmail account, click the Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen after logging in to your account.

Check whether you have added any important email address to the Blocked list.

Open the Spam folder and move the required emails to the Inbox folder.

Open the Trash folder and check whether any mail has been automatically moved to it

You can find the deleted messages in the Trash folder for 30 days and recover them.

If you find any essential emails, move the email message back to Inbox.

If you have enabled the ‘Skip the Inbox (Archive it)’ filter, then disable it.

In case you have set email forwarding, all your emails will be automatically sent to the other email address.

If you are using an email client to access your Gmail account, configure your email account using IMAP so that your emails will stay in the server even after deletion.
