Mail Stuck In Mac Outbox
Step 1: On your Mac, open the Mail app and click the Mail menu at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Select the Preferences option from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Select Accounts and then go to the left-side panel.
Step 4: Choose your account and click the Account Information tab.
Step 5: Under Outgoing Mail Server, verify whether you have checked the Use only this server checkbox.
Step 6: Click the Outgoing Mail Server pull-down menu and select the Edit SMTP Server List option.
Step 7: Verify your email address in the Server Name field.
Step 8: Next, click the Advanced tab and verify the server ports and settings.
Step 9: If necessary, change the port numbers to default.
Step 10: Click OK to save the applied settings and close the Mail Preferences window.
Step 11: Now, send a test mail from the Mail app.
Step 12: If the mail stuck in Mac outbox problem persists, delete the Mail preferences file from the Library folder on your Mac.
